Gigi Lee Chang is a Managing Partner at BFY Capital and has been a member of the natural products community for over 16 years when she founded Plum Organics in 2005.

She has also been the CEO of the national children's environmental health non-profit Healthy Child Healthy World and founding Managing Director of food ecosystem accelerator FoodFutureCo.

Gigi is an advisor, board member and mentor to numerous early stage companies. Her philanthropic and board affiliations include Venture for America, Naturally New York and One Green Thing.
